Invalid characters might be displayed when viewing the SAS Object Spawner log in SAS Management Console.
For Example:
2009-03-30T16:51:45,212 [00000003] SYSTEM@ITSVISTA9207 - value (0x0) XXXXAS\EBIEDIEG\Lev1\ObjectSpawner\logconfig.xml
In this example, the first 4 bytes in the path name of the LOGCONFIGLOC= option value are displayed incorrectly. The physical SAS Object Spawner log file will not contain the invalid characters. This is a problem in the reader that renders the log file contents to SAS Management Console. These invalid characters in the display can be ignored.
